Recently, I've started a creative writing class and I have got to come up with new things to write about each day for my classmates and instructor to critique. So here I am creating a blog to organize my thoughts and rantings so I can pick and choose what I actually want to show them that I write about each day. This way I can sneak in from home, work or school and you're right there waiting for me.
I sort of thought that a creative writing class would be an easy 'A' since English Composition classes so far have been. But I'm thinking now that it's not going to come so easy and I need lots of practice writing. I can do this. I can do this. It's going to be easy - right?
It does not even count against my major! And who cares that it is really a class for people wanting to be published one day or (this is the scary part) people that have already been published. Eeek! And they're going to read me! Holy moly... I've always been a good bs'er and hopefully it will payoff now. Self, did you hear that? C'mon, don't let me down now. Okay - I'm scared.
